We welcome candidates who are excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic academic environment.

This position is designed for an early-career librarian who is interested in developing expertise in electronic resources licensing, acquisitions, and access within a complex academic research library.

What We Offer:

  • A commitment to mentorship and professional development
  • Engagement with innovative projects and partnerships across the library
  • Opportunities for scholarship, research, and professional service

  • Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies and standards;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Strong service orientation and interest in library users' values and needs;
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills, including the ability to work well in a team-based environment with a diverse group;
  • Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to fostering learning, research, service and/or outreach in a diverse community.

Additionally, we would prefer:

  • Knowledge of, and experience with, education-focused AI tools
  • Familiarity with electronic resources management tools for libraries, such as link resolvers, discovery layers, authentication and authorization tools, library management systems, library standards, usage data and library metrics, etc.
