Role: Emergency Medicine Physician providing direct patient care at a Level I Trauma Center, with responsibilities including mentoring residents and managing a balanced mix of trauma and medical cases.

Key Duties

• Deliver high-acuity care in a busy, comprehensive trauma setting.
• Mentor and collaborate with residents in clinical practice.
• Maintain a structured schedule with predictable, customizable shifts, primarily 12-hour blocks.
• Focus on clinical duties with a minor academic component (90% clinical, 10% academic).
