English and Art Teacher

We’re hiring an English Teacher with a specialization in Art for an international high school department in Zhuhai. This is a full-time position available with an immediate start or February 2026. About the school A newly established K–12 school in Zhuhai serves about 1,000 students. Its private international department (around 1000 students enrolled) follows a Canadian-aligned curriculum and is staffed over 70 teachers, including international faculty. The school emphasizes global-minded learning, strong academics, and pathways to overseas universities. Job details Teach English and Art to high school students in Grades 9–12 using the Canadian-standard OSSD framework, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience. Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Teaching period of 20 classes per week, 40 minutes each Bachelor or above, Master’s preferred At least 2 years of international classroom teaching experience Teaching license Excellent communication skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 18,000 to 23,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 2,000 RMB Winter and summer breaks Airfare allowance of 8,000 RMB per year Health insurance Meals available at the school canteen Residence and work permit sponsored by the school
