Role Overview: An inpatient-focused ENT Hospitalist position within an academic health system, specializing in consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination. Ideal for physicians interested in high-acuity care, surgical procedures, and multidisciplinary collaboration in a teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inpatient consults, rounding, and bedside procedures such as scopes
  • Perform inpatient surgical cases as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
  • Participate in resident teaching and contribute to program growth
  • Expand hospital-based ENT services and consult volume

Qualifications & Skills

  • General ENT expertise, with or without subspecialty focus
  • Comfort managing high-acuity inpatient cases and procedures
  • Growth-oriented, collaborative, and interested in academic medicine
  • Enthusiasm for resident education and program development

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary with productivity incentives (~10%), bonuses, loan forgiveness, stipends, relocation, sign-on bonus, full benefits, and visa sponsorship.
