Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized otolaryngology care to a diverse patient population, including both adults and pediatrics.
• Utilize dedicated OR time at a hospital and same-day surgery center for surgical procedures.
• Manage a mix of new and follow-up visits, contributing to high patient demand with wait times exceeding two months.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-certified or board-eligible in ENT.
• Ability to work in a modern facility with established block time for surgeries.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and participate in a balanced work schedule, potentially a 4-day workweek.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed 2-year salary of $650,000, with incentives based on wRVUs.
• Relocation allowance and a $150,000 retention bonus.
