Position Overview: Seeking Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologists to join an established ENT service line in a leading not-for-profit health system. The role offers the opportunity to develop a busy practice with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general ENT procedures with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests such as Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery, dedicating up to 50% of practice to these areas.
Manage a significant patient population within a regional referral network supported by a dedicated team including Physician Assistants, Audiologists, RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.
Utilize purpose-built ENT clinic space equipped with advanced technology and integrated with electronic health records (EPIC).
Participate in a 1:5 call rotation, providing consistent patient care and coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologists.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to develop subspecialty interests.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
