The Opp o rtunity The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will be working at the forefront of our Skunkworks projects. The ideal candidate is a current/ former entrepreneur or a fast-moving organization leader and aspiring entrepreneur with high drive and looking to get things done at high intensity. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to shape our strategic direction. We have successfully incubated a high-impact venture, and we are ready to build the next with you. What You Will Do Work side by side with the CEO to actively shape and execute innovative strategies for expanding our business. Deliver existing or new product concepts and market strategies, ensuring they translate into material outcomes. Find opportunities in new services/ product offerings. Do market research to uncover emerging trends, customer insights, and industry insights, turning findings into actions to be executed across the organization. Scout, evaluate, and build new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our vision for growth and diversification. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an entrepreneur or leadership role within a fast-moving business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for mentoring and inspiring teams. Ability to think critically and creatively to identify and address challenges. Established network of peers. Experience in F&B, Retail, and FMCG industries is a plus, including marketplaces and traditional trade. Hands-on experience in robotics, manufacturing methods, and hardware production is another separate set of skills that would be a great plus.
