About the job: In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Supervisor Environmental Services supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Environmental Services. What you will do: Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocol What we are looking for: Education: High School education or GED preferred or 2 years previous housekeeping experience. Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of work leadership experience Must have record of demonstrating positive leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and creative approaches to problem solving.
