Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations for U.S. plant development projects
• Develop and manage overall project schedules and budgets, and handle contract negotiations and communication with clients/owners
• Oversee plant design management and construction supervision, and lead permitting and regulatory approvals in the U.S.
• Manage procurement of equipment and materials, including contracting, delivery coordination, and vendor/supplier relationship management
• Supervise construction execution, progress tracking, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC project management or plant-related engineering/construction roles
• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or MEP design, or related academic field
• Experience in procurement, contract review, and negotiation preferred
• Hands-on experience in construction management, scheduling, cost control, and project execution
• Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. or international plant/EPC projects
• Prior experience in PM, EM, or CM roles
• Practical experience in architecture, civil, or MEP design and construction execution
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Professional Engineer (PE), or AIA certification preferred

주요업무

• 미국 플랜트 개발 프로젝트의 타당성 검토 및 사업성 분석
• 프로젝트 총괄 일정, 예산 수립 및 대 발주처 계약, 대응 업무
• 플랜트 설계 관리 및 감리, 미국 현지 인허가 대관업무 총괄
• 설비 및 자재의 발주, 계약, 납품 관리 및 대 협력사 계약관리
• 시공 공정, 진행 현황 및 품질 관리 등 시공감리/관리 업무

자격요건

• EPC 프로젝트 관리 또는 플랜트 관련 실무 경험 보유자
• 건축, 토목, MEP 설계 경험 보유자 또는 전공자
• 발주 및 계약서 검토 및 협상 경험 보유자 우대
• 공사, 공무, 공기, 계약 등 시공관리 실무 경험자
• 영어 기반 업무 환경 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자

우대사항

• 미국 또는 해외 플랜트 프로젝트 경험자
• PM/EM/CM등 관리자 경험 보유자
• 건축, 토목, MEP 설계 및 시공 실무 경험 보유자
• PMP, PRINCE2, 기술사(PE), 건축사(AIA) 등 국제 자격증 보유자
