ER RN Tallahassee, FL Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends | $27.72 to $39.60/hr Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights | Relocation Assistance Available (case-by-case) Overview We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care for patients of all ages, from minor injuries to critically ill cases. This role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends , competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative ER environment focused on patient-centered care and professional growth. Responsibilities Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages and acuity levels. Develop individualized care plans and identify expected patient outcomes. Manage multiple patients simultaneously, prioritizing care efficiently. Provide follow-up instructions and make appropriate referrals. Coordinate patient care with physicians, departments, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain a focus on patient safety and quality throughout all procedures. Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions. Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience . Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact). Associate Degree or RN Diploma. BLS certification prior to employment. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of hire). ACLS certification (or ACLS Instructor) within 90 days. PALS certification (or PALS Instructor) within 90 days. Preferred: Experience in fast-paced emergency care settings. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $27.72 to $39.60 (based on experience).
