Job Summary:
Seeking an ERP System Analyst to support Flexflow solutions, ERP integrations, customer onboarding, system enhancements, testing, and L2/L3 production support. The role requires strong programming, SQL/MSSQL, .NET, systems integration, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business and customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Design and support Flexflow enhancements and operations.
- Support customer onboarding and cross-functional implementations.
- Develop standardized solutions, playbooks, and technical documentation.
- Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP and external system interfaces.
- Perform functional and integration testing.
- Provide L2/L3 support, RCA, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills.
- Strong SQL/MSSQL and SQL Reporting Services experience.
- Strong .NET experience.
- Prior Flexflow design and operational support experience.
- Understanding of systems integration and interfacing concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work fully onsite in Milpitas, California.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Work authorization: Any visa status may be considered, subject to applicable U.S. employment authorization requirements.
