About The Role

This is a relocation opportunity for ambitious candidates currently based in Oslo: move to Dubai and build a career in a market with no income tax, year-round demand, and some of the strongest commission structures in global real estate. Training, mentorship and marketing support are all provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties
• Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently based in Oslo (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented
• Financial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
• Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
  
  

What The First Months Look Like

Your first two or three months will mostly be learning the market and building a pipeline. You will have plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is the reason we recommend savings before anything else.

After that there is no ceiling. Commission is 50-70% and we pay it daily. Last year our top earner made just over US$2.4 million (AED 9 million) in commission, tax free. That is our best, so treat it as the top of the range rather than what to expect, but it is a real figure from a real person on this team.

If you are looking for a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
