• Estonian & English – €1,535/month | Mon–Fri | 09:00–17:00 | On-site
• Slovenian & English – €1,485/month | Mon–Fri | 09:00–17:00 | On-site
• German & English – €1,500/month | Mon–Fri | 09:00–17:00 | On-site
• Slovak & English – €1,535/month | Mon–Fri | 10:00–18:00 | On-site
• Danish & English – €2,200/month | Mon–Fri | 10:00–18:00 | On-site

• Dutch & English – €1,690/month | Hybrid (1 week/month in office)
• French & English – €1,330/month | Hybrid (1 week/month in office)
• German & English – €1,535/month | Hybrid (1 week/month in office)

• Icelandic & English – €1,945/month
• French & English – €1,485/month + €1,500 Welcome Bonus
• Polish & English – €1,550/month + €1,500 Welcome Bonus
• Spanish & English – €1,330/month + €1,500 Welcome Bonus

(All Content Moderation roles operate on rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday.)

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally.
• Review online content in line with company policies (Content Moderation roles).
• Meet quality and performance standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

• C1 proficiency in the required language.
• English B2 minimum.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• EU Citizenship, valid work authorization, or eligible protection status (project dependent).

• Salary: €1,330–€2,200 gross/month (depending on role)
