Responsibilities
Provide customer care and support in your native language plus English
Handle orders, deliveries, product settings, or account inquiries (depending on project)
Support global customers with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies
Review and moderate online content and ads (some roles may include exposure to sensitive material)
Deliver professional and solution-oriented service at all times
Requirements
Fluency in one of the listed languages and English
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to relocate and work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Flexibility to work within the assigned schedule (MondayFriday or MondaySunday)
