Excavator Operator

Role Description This full-time Excavator Operator role is an on-site position based in Dubai. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for safely operating excavators and other heavy equipment to complete excavation, trenching, and site preparation tasks according to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in equipment operation and heavy equipment handling, with proven ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar heavy equipment role on construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand site drawings, instructions, and work orders.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Relevant certifications or licenses for heavy equipment operation
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards consistently.
