About the role
We are an international Dubai real estate company serving predominantly European clients investing in properties across the UAE.
We are looking for an exceptionally reliable, proactive and hardworking Real Estate Operations & Client Relations Manager who will act as the right hand of our Managing Director and lead real estate agent.
This is not a passive administrative role. You will take ownership of transactions, client communication, appointments, documentation and operational follow-up—especially when the Managing Director is travelling internationally.
Your responsibility will be to ensure that every client, transaction and deadline is professionally managed from the initial meeting through to successful completion.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings, property viewings, calls, handovers and signing appointments.
• Maintain clear oversight of every active client and transaction.
• Follow up consistently with clients, developers, brokers, banks and other involved parties.
• Manage client WhatsApp groups together with the Managing Director.
• Communicate professionally with international clients in English.
• Collect, prepare and check transaction documentation.
• Coordinate property reservations, registrations and administrative procedures.
• Monitor relevant DLD records and transaction progress.
• Track deadlines, payments, outstanding documents and required client actions.
• Liaise with developers and their administration or conveyancing teams.
• Prepare regular transaction and client-status updates for management.
• Keep CRM records, client files and operational checklists accurate and up to date.
• Identify potential delays or missing documents before they become problems.
• Represent the company professionally when the Managing Director is abroad.
• Ensure that commitments made to clients are followed through to completion.
Who we are looking for
• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, transaction coordination, conveyancing, developer administration or brokerage operations is strongly preferred.
• At least a basic understanding of the Dubai property transaction process and DLD-related procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Exceptional reliability, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Confidence communicating with international clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several transactions, deadlines and WhatsApp conversations simultaneously.
• Discretion when handling confidential client and transaction information.
• Willingness to be flexible when an urgent international client matter requires attention.
• Comfortable working closely with a fast-moving founder and sales-oriented team.
