  • Direct the executive development portfolio, integrating coaching, assessments, sponsorship, mentoring, enterprise exposure, and experiential learning to accelerate senior leadership readiness and effectiveness.
  • Establish enterprise standards, methodologies, quality expectations, and governance practices that elevate the consistency, effectiveness, and impact of leadership development globally.
  • Partner across HR and business functions to ensure leadership development is integrated with talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession management, and employee experience strategies.
  • Leverage external research, leadership trends, learning science, leadership analytics, and responsible AI-enabled solutions to drive innovation and continuously improve leadership outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team while fostering inclusive leadership practices, equitable access to development opportunities, measurable business impact, and a culture of continuous learning and growth.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Executive presence and strategic consulting skills that enable influence and credibility with senior executives, officers, board members, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong enterprise and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to connect business priorities, talent strategies, leadership development, and organizational outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing global teams of leadership development experts, facilitators, coaches, consultants, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success leading through complexity, organizational change, and competing stakeholder priorities while driving enterprise alignment and adoption.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to leverage data, talent insights, and evidence-based decision-making to evaluate impact and inform strategic investments.
  • Experience leveraging modern learning technologies, digital platforms, and responsible AI solutions to enhance leadership development effectiveness, accessibility, and scalability.
