THE ROLE

The Middle East is Beautiful Destinations' largest market, and we're looking for a senior production leader to own how our most business-critical work gets made across the region.

You'll personally lead a portfolio of flagship productions, from cinematic hero campaigns to social-first and always-on content, owning the journey from the moment an idea is sold through to final delivery. You'll build the production strategy, lead senior client relationships and make the calls when the stakes are highest.

But this role is bigger than the productions you run yourself. You'll set the standard for how BD produces across MENA, directing and coaching Lead Producers and line producers across our wider network, stepping in as the senior escalation point when live productions need experience, judgement and calm leadership.

Reporting to the CBO, you'll also deputise on the production process, helping us build a production operation that can deliver exceptional creative work at greater scale without compromising the craft, pace or ambition that got us here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Personally deliver BD's most complex, highest-value work across MENA, while directing and coaching Lead Producers, line producers and production teams across the wider portfolio.
• Define how each campaign comes to life across cinematic hero, social-first and always-on content, building the right model around the idea, market, creators, budget and client ambition.
• Lead senior production conversations from sale through final delivery, bringing clarity, confidence and solutions when work gets complex or pressure rises.
• Deputise for the CBO on production process, building the templates, playbooks and standards that help teams move faster without compromising the work.
• Partner with Creative and Creators to grow BD's network and design lean, high-performing production models around the right talent for each brief.
• Lead feasibility, permitting, insurance, compliance and production planning across international markets, knowing where the risks are before anyone steps on a plane.
• Drive margin performance across the portfolio, maintaining a clear view of budgets, actuals and where production decisions are creating or eroding value.
• Build practical AI use into production and post-production workflows to improve planning, speed up repetitive work and create more time for the judgement, relationships and problem-solving that great production depends on.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 10+ years in production, with experience leading, developing and raising the standard of other producers, not just running your own work.
• A track record leading complex, high-value productions across cinematic hero, social-first and always-on content, with work you're proud to put your name to.
• You've worked across production companies and digital or content-first agencies, and know how to combine production rigour with the pace and flexibility modern content demands.
• You've owned relationships across the full production lifecycle, from the first commercial conversation through the difficult moments to final delivery.
• You've owned significant budgets, margins and actualisation at portfolio level and understand the commercial consequences of production decisions.
• You're comfortable delivering across markets, cultures and time zones, leading remote teams and navigating the realities of international production.
• You've built or rolled out processes, templates and playbooks that improved how teams work without adding bureaucracy for the sake of it.
• You bring calm judgement under pressure, make good calls with imperfect information and know how to protect the client, the team, the commercial outcome and the creative. Experience across government, tourism or hospitality is highly valuable, with GCC experience strongly preferred.
