Video Operator

WE’RE HIRING | VIDEO OPERATORS 🎥

Alliance Events UAE is looking for experienced, hands-on Video Operators to join our full-time technical production team.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ professional experience in live events / AV production

Strong hands-on knowledge of LED systems, video switching, playback and signal distribution

Ability to set up, configure, operate and troubleshoot video systems independently

Fluent in English

Must be currently based in the UAE

Full-time position only — no freelancers

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview and practical technical demo. We are looking for people who can demonstrate their actual technical capability and experience.
