Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. What you will do Manufacture clinical trial materials in accordance with approved GMP procedures and quality standards. Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Serve as an equipment owner and support equipment lifecycle, qualification, and maintenance activities. Support technology transfer, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects. Analyze manufacturing data and provide technical insights to support project objectives . Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, including procedures, reports, and training materials. Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. What we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent with relevant industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field. Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
