We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want to propel their career, by leveraging the platform, scale, and track record Phaidon International provides.

Your responsibilities:

• 360 Recruiting: Managing the recruitment process from start to contract signing. Be a reliable contact person for your candidates and clients.
• Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates by providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within our key sectors.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

As we operate in an international environment, fluent English skills are necessary.
