Facilities & Commercial Manager

A growing luxury property and destination business in Riyadh is seeking a Facilities & Commercial Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities and operational requirements of the business, while also driving commercial activity and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level professional with experience across Facilities Management, Property, Operations or a related environment, combined with strong commercial and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth running of the business, manage key operational relationships and identify opportunities for commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facilities and operational requirements of the business.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams and service providers.
• Ensure facilities and the wider site are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage relationships with tenants, clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new commercial and business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Support commercial negotiations, proposals, partnerships and agreements.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and support business growth.
• Monitor operational costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Support senior management with commercial and operational projects.
• Provide regular reporting on facilities, commercial activity and business development.
  
  

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3-7+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Property, Operations, Commercial Management, Business Development or a related field.
• Previous experience managing facilities, contractors, suppliers or service providers.
• Exposure to business development, sales, account management or commercial activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across both operational and commercial functions.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  
  

Relocation

The employer will provide relocation assistance to support the successful candidate's move from South Africa to Riyadh.
