Facility Manager (f/m/d)

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.

We are looking for a Facility Manager to own and develop Hexagon Robotics’ physical workplace as we continue to scale. Reporting into Operations, you will be the single point of accountability for our sites (from leases and new space to infrastructure, space planning and workplace safety) creating a well-organised, safe and productive environment for our growing team.

Your Mission

• Own and manage our leases end to end, including contracting, validation, renewals and landlord relationships.
• Lead the search for and securing of new workspace to support our growth toward ~350 people, including site evaluation, commercial negotiations and internal approvals.
• Plan and deliver office infrastructure and fit-outs, including desks, kitchens, meeting rooms and shared spaces.
• Manage furniture and equipment procurement, coordinating external vendors through to successful handover.
• Own space and capacity planning, including seating plans, internal moves and team regrouping, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Take ownership of workplace health & safety, including risk assessments, compliance and coordination of H&S topics across the organisation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve how our spaces, infrastructure and services operate, balancing cost efficiency with an excellent employee experience.
• Own the facilities budget, including planning, forecasting and controlling spend.

Your Skillset

• Proven experience in facilities, workplace, office or real estate management in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong experience managing leases, landlords, vendors and commercial negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with office expansions, relocations, fit-outs and infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good understanding of workplace health & safety requirements and risk management.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, forecasting costs and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Pragmatic and hands-on: you spot what needs to be done and take ownership all the way through to implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams, external partners and senior leadership.
