Job Summary

Seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a large multidisciplinary practice with strong community ties. The role offers a competitive salary and signing bonus, with an excellent work-life balance—Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including 35 clinical and 5 administrative hours. The position involves minimal call, no hospital responsibilities, and is supported by a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, medical secretaries, MAs, and referral clerks. Candidates can be MDs or DOs, including new graduates and VISA candidates. Key duties include providing high-quality patient care within a growing practice, leveraging a large referral base across Central New York, and potentially earning extra income through call and quality incentives.
