To be successful in this role, you will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for adult primary care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient well-being within a supportive, outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. Manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventative care. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Utilize an AI Scribe tool to optimize documentation and efficiency. We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires: First-year compensation potential up to $189,000, plus uncapped wRVU productivity incentive. Two-year base salary of $142,000 - $157,000. Annual Quality Incentive up to $6,000. Signing bonus up to $10,000. Relocation assistance up to $10,000. 4-day, 10-hour schedule with no nights, weekends, or call constraints. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer and CME reimbursement ($2,000/year) with 6 weeks of paid time off.
