Role: Outpatient Family Medicine Obstetrics physician focusing on women's health, prenatal care, and colposcopies.
Responsibilities: Provide prenatal care, perform colposcopies, manage a patient load of 16–20 per day, with built-in schedule buffers, and offer optional moonlighting. Support includes 2:1 clinical staff (MA + RN) and four hours of administrative time weekly. Practice across multiple sites, including a new facility.
Qualifications: Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine with OB experience or fellowship, comfortable with high-risk prenatal care (e.g., diabetes), and colposcopies. J1/H1B sponsorship available.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $230K–$260K, sign-on and retention bonuses, full benefits, 401(k) match, CME, PTO, and holidays. Eligible for NHSC loan repayment.
