Role: Family Medicine Physician
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care within an integrated FQHC setting. Manage a manageable patient volume (16–20 per day), collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize the Epic EMR platform. Support behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services, ensuring access and equity in care delivery. Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on underserved populations.
Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with family medicine specialization, active medical license, and experience in primary care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to work in a diverse, community-focused setting.
