Role: Family Medicine Physician

Manage a manageable patient volume of 16–20 patients daily, utilizing modern electronic medical records and collaborating with a strong clinical support team. Deliver care grounded in access, equity, and whole-person focus, ensuring clinical excellence and sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed physician with family medicine expertise, experience with EMR systems, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills and commitment to serving underserved populations are essential.
Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate with ancillary services, and contribute to a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on community health and equity.
