Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians for outpatient primary care and hospitalist roles within a large health system.
Primary Care: Outpatient clinic setting across multiple locations, with a Monday to Friday schedule and optional 4-day work week. Physicians see approximately 20-25 patients daily, with a 1/4 or 1/5 call schedule. Compensation includes a base salary of $200,000 guaranteed for two years, with year one guaranteed at $253,444, plus sign-on and bonus incentives.
Hospitalist: Providing care in a long-term acute care setting at a client hospital, with a base salary of $248,000 and potential bonuses up to $20,000 based on quality metrics. Schedule is Monday to Friday with additional weekend coverage, seeing 12-15 patients daily.
Physicians enjoy production incentives based on wRVUs, signing bonus, relocation allowance, comprehensive insurance benefits, 401k match, CME allowance, and professional dues coverage.
Flexible time off is permitted at physicians' discretion, influencing productivity metrics. Candidates must meet credentialing requirements and possess a commitment to quality care.
