We are seeking physicians for primary care roles in a growing multispecialty group within a small rural health system. Open positions include: Family Practice with OB, Family Practice with C-Section, Family Practice without OB, and Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient care with a typical four-day clinic schedule, share inpatient and OB-C-Section call coverage, and manage a patient panel with an average of 16-25 patients daily.
Qualifications and Skills: Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine, ability to handle diverse patient populations, and competence in inpatient and obstetric procedures (for OB roles).
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $305,000, retention incentives up to $200,000, production bonuses, federal loan repayment assistance, free housing, relocation support, comprehensive health and life insurance, 403(b) match, paid time off, CME allowance, and professional fees coverage.
