Fashion Advisor

Job Description We are seeking a Fashion Advisor with expertise in textiles and design consulting to provide customers with personalized styling guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and in-depth knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert styling advice tailored to customers' preferences, body types, and current fashion trends. Assist customers in fabric selection , explaining different textile properties, quality, and suitability for various outfits. Stay updated with fashion trends, colour combinations, and seasonal styles to offer the best recommendations. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Work closely with designers and tailors to recommend personalized outfit selections. Support visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store layout. Assist in sales and product promotions to drive revenue growth. Maintain a database of customer preferences to build long-term client relationships. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in fashion advising, textiles, or related fields. Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customers effectively. Passion for fashion with a keen eye for detail and styling trends . Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or boutique environment . Arabic: Advanced (speaking). English: Fluent (reading, writing, and speaking). Benefits Salary: 4,000 AED + Commission (1,000-1,200 AED) based on individual target achievement. Work Timings: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break). Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
