This is a senior creative leadership position with responsibility for shaping how the brand is presented across every customer-facing touchpoint, ensuring a distinctive, relevant and commercially impactful fashion point of view.

The position is based in Los Angeles and is specifically suited to candidates open to relocating for the opportunity. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available. The Fashion Director will report directly to the Chief Brand Officer, partnering closely with senior leaders across Creative, Design, Merchandising and Marketing.

The role

  • Define and lead the brand's global fashion and styling direction across campaigns, e-commerce, social media, paid content, retail environments, events and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Chief Brand Officer to establish the seasonal fashion narrative, translating wider brand strategy into a clear, relevant and recognisable styling vision.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Design and Merchandising teams to influence collection direction, key product stories, category priorities and styling opportunities.
  • Build, develop and lead the styling function, overseeing internal team members alongside a trusted network of freelance stylists and external creative partners.
  • Establish clear styling standards, processes and global guidelines to ensure consistency across markets, channels, teams and external partners.
  • Take ownership of styling budgets, production resources and freelance requirements across campaigns, e-commerce and ongoing content creation.
  • Lead the fashion direction for key brand moments including seasonal launches, collaborations, celebrity and talent dressing, partnerships and special projects.
  • Act as a key internal authority on fashion, styling and cultural relevance while representing the brand with selected talent, press and industry partners where required.
  • Use customer insight, performance data, market trends and competitor activity to inform fashion direction and demonstrate the commercial impact of styling.
  • Remain hands-on during priority productions, providing styling direction on set and ensuring campaigns and shoots are delivered to the required creative standard.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience within fashion styling, fashion direction, editorial or a closely related discipline, including at least 5 years within a senior leadership position.
  • A distinctive and credible fashion point of view, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work.
  • Proven experience building, managing and developing styling teams alongside freelance talent, agencies and external creative partners.
  • Strong understanding of how styling and fashion direction can influence product strategy, merchandising decisions and commercial performance.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources and high-volume content production across campaign, e-commerce and social channels.
  • Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, proportion and design intent.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence senior creative and commercial stakeholders.
  • Established industry network across photographers, stylists, talent and other relevant creative partners.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate creative direction into compelling product storytelling, customer engagement and conversion.
  • Willing to relocate, visa sponsorship offered.
