Responsibilities

As a Live-In Care Assistant to this couple, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care duties,
  • Administering medication,
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required,
  • Promoting customer health and well-being so they can live their lives to the fullest.
  • Household chores
  • Meal preparation with the ability to provide good home-cooked meals
  • Shopping trips/ Social outings - this is essential for this wonderful couple as they enjoy all aspects of socialising and getting out and about
  • Companionship

Requirements

  • A kind and caring nature
  • Right to work in the UK
  • You must be able to attend our induction the W/C 12/10/2026
  • Fully enhanced DBS on the update service
  • An excellent level of English
  • Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
  • Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
  • You must hold a permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous live-in care experience is a must
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must
