Funciones de Puesto Realizar tareas de resolución de problemas estándar de baja complejidad. Resolver problemas técnicos sencillos bajo supervisión. Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo: llevar a cabo las tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento preventivo de forma precisa y exhaustiva, bajo supervisión. Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad: Aplicar las normas; asegurar que los registros estén completos para garantizar la trazabilidad y el cumplimiento. Coordinación de inventario y repuestos: Realizar el seguimiento y gestionar adecuadamente los repuestos, las herramientas y los consumibles. (Si es necesario) Apoyar las actividades básicas de puesta en marcha bajo supervisión. Apoyo logístico: Colaborar en las solicitudes de presupuesto y de propuestas, así como en la coordinación de piezas. Ofrecer asistencia de guardia: Atender incidencias urgentes relacionadas con el servicio durante los fines de semana y días festivos, según sea necesario. Gestionar tareas complementarias: Realizar otras tareas delegadas por el Service Manager o el Area Lead. Cumplir con la matriz de roles y responsabilidades en materia de seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo (P14.130S-F01) y conocimiento en la materia de sostenibilidad y calidad según indicado en la matriz. Académica Grado Medio o Superior en Electricidad y/o Electrónica. Deseable Licenciatura y/o Grado Universitario, preferiblemente en Ingeniera Eléctrica. Informática Nivel profesional de paquete office, especialmente, en excel, experiencia en manejo con ERP, preferiblemente, SAP. Idiomas Domino del idioma de la zona asignada. The role Ideal applicants will possess a wide range of skillset, of which commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring and repair of heavy electrical equipment. Successful applicants posseses strong electrical aptitudes and knowledge, hands-on skills and he/she is a problem solver, who is flexible and attentive to customers' needs. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at customers' photovoltaic solar plants. Diagnose and repair of faulted inverters on field, troubleshooting (replacement of FRUs, replacement of MV transformers, replacement MV switchgear, electronic boards, AC and DC fuses, fans, and filters) and other components. Complete on time daily field reports that capture time and work completed on site. Responsible of inventory parts assigned to the Technician to perform at work at the field. Responsible of caring for company property such as Company vehicle, Tools, Electronical devices, and PPEs. Follow procedures to provide maintenance to inverters. Update software and hardware. Attend warranty claim service tickets. Follow up procedures of Safe Start and Safe Stop. Responsible for physical installations such as connections, wiring, etc. Responsible to complete Layer 1. Practice and adhere to Safety and Training policies. Completion of Expense Reports. Travel based on operations demands. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
