Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

A venture capital and private equity firm is seeking a Finance Agent Orchestration Manager to join its finance team. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to oversee fund accounting and investor reporting while introducing AI-enabled tools and more efficient workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows, using tools and systems to reduce manual work.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, or investment fund audit.

• Experience producing quarterly investor reports and capital account statements.

• Hands-on experience rebuilding or automating a finance workflow with Excel macros, SQL, AI tools, or similar technology.

• Working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, net asset value, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience with or interest in Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, and AI tools.

• Interest in science, deep technology, or impact-driven work.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $133,000 to $160,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

This is an on-site role in San Francisco, California, United States, five days per week.
