Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital finance team as its second finance hire, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting across multiple funds while implementing an AI-enabled fund administration platform and building more efficient finance workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using tools and systems that improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic finance projects in partnership with the Head of Finance.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused startup.

• Experience producing limited partner reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Fluency in capital calls, distributions, net asset value, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Hands-on experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows, using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep technology, science, or mission-driven work.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

This is an on-site role, five days per week, in San Francisco, California.
