Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

An early-stage venture capital firm is seeking a Finance Agent Orchestration Manager to work closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund finance across multiple funds and lead the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform, helping build reliable, automated workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using tools such as spreadsheets, code, and AI.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic finance projects in partnership with the Head of Finance.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused company.

• Experience preparing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows, using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact investing.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $133,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
