Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital finance team as its second finance hire, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee core financial operations across multiple funds and lead the rollout of an AI-powered fund administration platform, helping build more efficient workflows from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of a fund administration platform that uses AI.

• Automate repetitive finance workflows using tools and systems suited to the work.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at a technology company.

• Experience producing quarterly limited partner reporting and capital account statements, with fluency in capital calls, distributions, net asset value, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows, using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep technology, science, or impact, and enthusiasm for applying technology to finance operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $133,000 to $160,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
