Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join the finance team at a deep tech venture capital firm as its second finance hire. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to oversee fund operations and implement an AI-enabled fund administration platform, helping build efficient, reliable workflows across multiple funds.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate recurring finance workflows using tools and systems that make processes more efficient.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in venture capital or private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or finance implementation at an AI-focused startup.

• Experience producing quarterly limited partner reports and capital account statements, with fluency in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact, alongside strong attention to detail and a practical approach to process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
