About the role

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting and controls for our retail network across the GCC. This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with senior leadership and help shape how we manage our numbers as we grow.

What you'll do

• Own treasury and cash flow day to day.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee monthly and yearly financial reporting.
• Keep strong internal controls in place.
• Make sure we meet VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS rules across our markets.
• Work with auditors and support the yearly audit.
• Find ways to improve finance processes.
• Give senior leadership clear financial insights to support decisions.
• Use AI and modern finance tools to make reporting more accurate and faster.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years in finance, including at least 3 years in a manager or senior role.
• Started your career in audit at a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Then moved into a hands-on cost control, FP&A or budgeting and forecasting role in industry.
• CA, CPA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and compliance skills.
• Retail or multi-country experience in the GCC is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills. ERP experience (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
