Finance Manager (Relocate to KL)

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will support financial strategy, business operations, and regional expansion initiatives. This is not a traditional accounting role. You will act as a key business partner to leadership, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance as the company scales across international markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and business teams.

Work Arrangement

• This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur (KL). Full relocation support provided including housing.

KeyResponsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions and growth strategies
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends or risks

2. Business Partnering

• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Support strategic planning and expansion activities

3. Financial Operations & Control

• Oversee financial processes, reporting, and compliance
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Manage cost control, cash flow, and resource allocation

4. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
• Support implementation of financial tools and automation
• Enhance reporting efficiency and data visibility

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience
• Experience in fast-paced or growth-stage environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support
• Chinese-speaking customers and regional stakeholders
• Willingness to relocate to KL
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital business environments
• Regional or international exposure
• Familiarity with financial systems and data tools
• Experiencesupporting scaling or expansion businesses
