Job Description:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern will be an inquisitive and analytical contributor supporting all areas of the FP&A Team.


This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.


This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75

What you’ll do:

  • Reporting: Maintain, develop, and automate reports to provide key business partners with actionable insights.
  • Month-End Close Support: Assist with various responsibilities during the monthly financial close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Standard Costing: Assist in maintaining and updating critical aspects of the standard cost process, gaining exposure to manufacturing finance.
  • Profitability Analysis: Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Strategies teams to organize, analyze, and interpret product and customer profitability data.
  • Project Support: Support the broader FP&A team on strategic finance initiatives, process automation, and data visualization as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • Current student with a major field of study in Finance or Accounting. Preferring Sophomore/Junior status.
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
  • Ability to work year-round at our Home Office located in Green Bay, WI.
  • Ability to work successfully both independently and in teams. Comfortable collaborating within Finance and cross-functionally.
  • Strong aptitude for learning technology. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with drive to build advanced proficiency. Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional curiosity, ambition, and communication skills.
