Job Description

  • Manage and supervise project/site activities
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and technical documentation
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
  • Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and without downtime
  • Monitor service quality and performance standards
  • Act as the point of contact for clients/tenants
  • Handle complaints, service requests, and escalations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
  • Monitor maintenance costs and operational expenses
  • Optimize resources to reduce unnecessary costs
  • Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Monitor proper use of PPE and safety procedures
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments



    • Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Fit-Out / Interior Works or Facilities Management
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance, and project coordination
  • Experience in site supervision and client coordination
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
