Responsibilities Provide expert support for customers using Fitbit products via phone, email, and chat in both Danish and English. Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, functionality, and troubleshooting. Educate clients on how to use their Fitbit devices effectively to achieve their fitness goals. Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for ongoing product improvement and service enhancement. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery. Stay informed about product updates and new features to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technology or fitness-related fields, is a plus. Strong understanding of Fitbit products and a passion for health and wellness. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
