This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous early-stage AI company building autonomous AI agents for the healthcare recruiting process.

Compensation: $150K–$220K base + competitive equity

Founded in 2021, the company has raised $14M in Series A funding and is already conducting tens of thousands of structured interviews monthly for some of the largest hospital networks in the US. The team consists of 22 members, including Stanford MBA co-founders and a lean engineering team.

About the role

You’ll own the full lifecycle of AI agent implementations — from customer onboarding and requirements gathering through production deployment and continuous iteration.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll build, deploy, and iterate on AI interviewer agents using internal tooling. You'll also monitor production agent performance, gather customer feedback, and ship rapid improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Build, deploy, and iterate on AI interviewer agents using internal tooling (Python/JavaScript stack, agentic pipelines)
• Own the post-sale cycle end-to-end — from requirements to go-live to ongoing performance improvement
• Monitor production agent performance, gather customer feedback, and ship rapid improvements
• Partner with the engineering team to identify product capabilities and contribute to the codebase as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• 4–6 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA/Mistral), and Voice/Conversational AI
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Agentic Pipelines, APIs, Data Pipelines, and Eval Frameworks
• Strong communicator who can earn trust with technical stakeholders
