Generative Futures is partnering with a globally recognised technology company in the UAE to appoint exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers as part of its continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable, production-grade software solutions tailored to complex enterprise requirements.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical challenges and translate business requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Own the full engineering lifecycle, from initial discovery and architecture through development, deployment and optimisation.
• Integrate AI platforms, APIs, data infrastructure and enterprise systems into customer environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, research and engineering teams to influence product development and technical direction.
• Solve complex technical problems independently in fast-moving, customer-facing environments.

Required Experience

• Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, Go or equivalent languages.
• Proven experience designing, building and deploying production-grade software applications.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure and modern software architecture.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or delivering complex technical solutions.
• Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity and take ownership of technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Founding Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience deploying AI/ML applications, LLM-based systems or enterprise AI solutions.
• Background in leading AI companies, enterprise software businesses or high-growth technology startups.
• Experience delivering complex integrations within enterprise customer environments.
