We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to join a fast-growing, AI-native technology company building autonomous AI agents for the healthcare recruiting industry.
The company is developing AI-powered systems that automate significant portions of the recruiting lifecycle, helping healthcare organizations hire faster, reduce recruiting overhead, and fill critical clinical roles more efficiently.
The platform already supports thousands of candidate conversations each month and is scaling toward significantly higher volumes.
This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-velocity engineering team where individual engineers have substantial ownership and direct impact on customers, product development, and business outcomes.
About the Role
We are looking for technically strong Forward Deployed Engineers with 4–6 years of total professional experience, including:
You'll operate at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and customer delivery.
You will own the complete lifecycle of AI agent implementations — from customer discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, production monitoring, optimization, and ongoing iteration.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both building production software and working directly with customers.

Required Experience
We're looking for candidates with:
✅ 4–6 years of total professional experience
Including:
✅ 2+ years of Forward Deployed Engineering experience
✅ 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Technical Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with:
Experience working with modern LLM technologies such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral is highly relevant.
AI / Conversational AI Experience
Experience with voice or conversational AI systems is particularly valuable.
Ideal candidates may have worked with:
Customer-Facing Experience
This is not a purely backend or internal engineering position.
You should be comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders and be able to:
Startup Experience
Prior startup or early-stage company experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates coming from Big Tech environments may also be considered, particularly if they have demonstrated experience in a startup, scrappy environment, or early-stage product team where they had significant ownership and operated with speed and ambiguity.
