Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you will own the commercial and delivery success of strategic enterprise deployments at an AI workflow automation company. You will partner with customer teams and internal technical specialists to bring complex automation projects from initial pilot through production and broader adoption.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and lead complex commercial engagements from initial scoping through expansion.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders from operations through executive leadership, and define measurable success criteria.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including technical specialists, to launch pilots and scale successful deployments.

• Navigate change management, resolve blockers, and keep customer executives aligned throughout delivery.

• Identify opportunities to expand deployments and demonstrate measurable customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7 years of relevant experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise sales, customer-facing deployment, go-to-market, business operations, or product management.

• Direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex engagements or deployments.

• Experience engaging stakeholders from operational teams through C-suite leaders, aligning incentives, and driving organizational change.

• A track record of delivering pilots against clear success metrics and scaling them into production.

• Strong project leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to assess technical implementation and engage with engineers without needing to be an engineer.

• Recent relevant experience and a consistent career history are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is a fully on-site role based in Verona, Veneto, United States.
