About the Role

Join a customer-facing team helping large enterprises adopt AI-powered workflow automation. You will own strategic deployments from initial engagement through production, combining commercial leadership, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on delivery to help customers transform complex business processes.

What You'll Do

Own enterprise customer relationships and drive commercial engagements, from scoping and negotiation through pilot conversion and expansion.
Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operations and executive teams, and define measurable success criteria.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and scale successful deployments into production.
Navigate complex customer environments, manage change, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Identify opportunities to expand deployments and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Three to seven or more years of experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or a related area.
Direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, or complex customer deployments, with experience taking pilots through measurable outcomes and production scale.
Experience navigating stakeholders from operations teams to senior executives and driving organizational change.
Strong project delivery, commercial judgment, and ability to scope problems, build business cases, and gain stakeholder support.
Technical fluency with AI systems and the ability to understand implementation work and collaborate effectively with engineers.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $170,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
