Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a customer-facing team delivering AI-powered workflow automation for enterprise businesses. You will own strategic deployments from initial scoping through production, connecting customer goals with successful implementation and long-term adoption.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial outcomes, including complex engagements and account growth.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders, and define clear business cases and success metrics before deployment.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through pilots and production launches, assessing implementation progress and engaging with technical teams.

• Navigate complex organizations, manage change and delivery risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments across customer teams and operations.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7 years of experience combining strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or related work.

• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex projects.

• Experience leading end-to-end deployments, from problem definition and business case through measurable pilot outcomes and production scale.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align operational teams and senior executives and drive organizational change.

• Technical fluency to understand AI-enabled software implementations and communicate effectively with engineers, without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $170,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
